בג"צ וספורט מוטורי-המדינה התחייבה שבתוך חצי שנה תחוקק חוק שיאפשר תחרויות ספורט מוטורי בישראל
!וזאת בעקבות עתירה שהוגשה לבית הדין הגבוהה לצדק ע"י דני לוי יו"ר ועד נהגי המירוצים בישראל
לצורך הכנת החוק הועדה המשפטית החליטה להעסיק בשכר את עו"ד צבי ענבר שיכין את
!החוק על מנת להעבירו בועדה המתאימה ובשלוש קריאות בכנסת
